Subjective of course, but from listening to Conroy speak at the last season ticket holder session, I left feeling that the expectation from ownership is the Flames are not just a good team, but a bonafide Cup contender, for the arena's inaugural 2027-28 season. Barring the Flames winning the McKenna sweepstakes, getting there basically requires big-game hunting in some capacity, either this offseason or next.
