I could see a scenario where NYI trades down in order to snag Hagens and another asset.

SJ offers Bystedt to move up to #1
Chi offers Boisvert or Moore to move up to #1

For an organisation like NYI who is asset poor, it may be the right move if Hagens is who they really want.
