Even some property developers that are only interested in the development opportunities around the arena with hotels, entertainment, etc could buy the asset to build a conglomerate empire.
Frankly...this year was a bit of a proving ground, with the salary cap, and the youth movement that expansion drives, if we got the nightmare owner that wouldn't spend to the cap and cut all services to the bone (which would look similar to the current team in my opinion). At least they'd want to eject large salaries, and go with youth through the draft.
Anyway...I'm open to opinions, but my calculus lands on anyone is better at this point. Oh and I like Murray fine, running a resource company, where lowest cost wins. Lowest cost entertainment isn't my idea of fun though.

Disliking current ownership because maybe Ryan Reynolds buys the team and films a documentary is....an opinion I'll give you that.
You're second is just a vain way to say "tank and rebuild". And the team has draft capital and at least 2 budding superstars in Wolf and Parekh. What you really mean is tear it to the ground rebuild and I can guarantee many fans don't want that either.
You mean property developers like being the anchor of a new entertainment district? They're literally a key cog in what you want in the 3rd point.
I have no idea what the rambling in the 4th paragraph means at all TBH so I don't know what to say there.
