That actually makes me like Microsoft more. They're willing to acknowledge that they're manufacturing crap that breaks a lot and they're taking the responsibility upon themselves to correct it. After dealing with cell phone manufacturers, that speaks volumes in my eyes. Of course, they could always be more like the Wii which never breaks. Anyone have a broken Wii here? I remeber the story about a kid tripping on a corded controller and Nintendo fixing it anyways... I'm sure that was from here. Their repair department must be bored if they're taking back things like that.
