Working in the NHL, whether as a coach or a player, is a position of privilege. With that comes a responsibility, and I believe the league should uphold a certain standard of character for those in these roles. In my view, Joel Quenneville failed to meet what should be the standard.

Yup. I see it every year at our firm with the group of promotes at the higher levels. We evaluate/promote people based on a vast set of metrics but have nothing to determine a person's character.
