how so? NHL teams play back to back often and do 3 games in 4 nights regularly, and from what i remember from playing both in leagues as a kid hockey is a lot more exhausting than football is
back to the stampeders though, i'm thrilled that they're sucking so bad. the last few years when the Flames have stunk in October and the season looked lost, they seemed to pick their game up and play like gods in November right when the annual Stampeders choke job began. if the stamps are playing this badly right from the start though, imagine how good of a start the Flames will have
