I'm still trying to understand how some people (re: conservative voters) see our country as some kind of hellhole because the Liberals are in federal power. My life in Calgary rarely changes when it's its a Liberal or Conservative federal government. I still have the mountains, I still go out to restaurants here and there, I still see family and friends, and I'm still gainfully employed regardless of what bozo is in Parliament in Ottawa. If they are referring to oil and gas, there are tons of people in this city and province that have made great money, and continue to make great money, in that industry. The industry can be volatile, but life has been incredibly good to those people overall - regardless of federal government.
Some people really need to step away from their monitors, go outside, and enjoy life. We have it REALLY ####ing sweet here in Canada. Other people would give their lives to have the lifestyle that we enjoy here as Canadians - government included.
