Damn, it sucks when weight gain suddenly sneaks up on you. Im 6'3" and am generally around 195 - 200 unless directly after a meal.
Hadn't checked in a few days and felt bloated today and I was suddenly 110 lbs at the end of the night.

Looking up diets, it mostoy seems scammy/sponsored BS. Anyone know a good diet to go on that's legit to just drop a few pounds over over a few weeks?
