You have to play him aggressive and take the risk that he's going to beat you 1:1 and hope you have help.

Playing him passively just means he has time to create the space and angle he needs to get the pass through.
They did very well against them until they loaded up. Most teams are playing to protect 4 to 0 late in the 2nd.

Edmonton is a bad team. Not much to like other than 2 guys.


The problem LA has is a personnel issues. They have a lot of good players. Byfield is slowly developing into a very good player but over the years they have not replace Kopitar and Doughty. They are still good but they are old. LA will need to saves, pp goals bounces and a breakout playoff from Byfield. I expect by series end the big 2 will continue their 3 points a night against LA.

Vegas has the tools to slow them up and limit them to less than 2 a night and expose the rest of the garbage Edmonton has
