No one is declaring a victory. You're correct- a redraft will change on an annual basis until it settles out 5-7 years from now.
For now, my opinion is Parekh is ahead. Based on new evidence a year from now, I may change my opinion. Not so difficult. Waiting 5-7 years from now to form an opinion is an long, long time. Where's the fun in that? Should I only opine on drafts from 2018-2019 at the latest based on your logic?
