Nope, the software doesn't treat quotes as anything other than a piece of text, the quote doesn't actually have any relationship with the original post in order for the software to decide to display a quote or not.
There's probably a way to do it with a browser plugin though, a plugin that would look for a certain pattern of HTML that included a user's username in a certain place and replace that with something else.
