It is interesting. I think it will depend heavily on who is interested in Andersson.

If it is the Sharks or similar rebuild team looking to change gears, then I expect that they pull the trigger at the draft and it'll be on the other team to take the risk on Andersson being willing to extend or not.

Otherwise I would expect a trade on July 1st after Ekblad signs. Either a sign and trade or a trade and sign... but that would likely be the best value trade timing for Andersson.
