Zayne was ranked 8th in Bob's final list.
Guys ranked ahead that went after Zayne (thereby being guys Calgary could have easily taken instead): Silayev & Dickinson. Then you have Helenius who was 9th on Bob's list.
Obviously there is still a lot to play out, but at this stage, Zayne looks like the right pick if that group (though all are strong prospects).
In our own CP voted rankings, Parekh was #6.
I suspect he would be #2 or #3 now.

In a redraft I take Zayne #2 overall. Demidov looks like he will be a fun player, but Zayne is like having a #1 center on the backend.
