I would say no. He is answering 4 questions from pre selected media outlets, and ignoring the ones he doesn't like/thinks will ask him harder questions.
Prior to this election his typical response to questions he didn't like was to call them fake news and ignore the question (or keep eating his apple).
When someone uses absolutes like "Always gives detailed answers to questions" it's a pretty good sign that they are a pretty low information voter, and aren't actually paying attention to much beyond what a campaign wants to show them.
That is especially true when it's being used to defend PP, a guy who has famously spend the last few years ignoring questions he doesn't like and more often than not, just pivoting to a 3 word slogan rather than answering a question as asked.
His typical response looks something like this:
Reporter: I have a question about XZY
PP: If you want to talk about XYZ, let's talk about the lost Liberal decade. I'm going to Ax the Tax.

If you criticize pp for that, you also have to criticize every politician. We just listened to a decade of Freeland and Trudeau give word salad non-answers to every question.
