I like the idea of putting a highly-educated and experienced economist in control during one of the most (if not the most, period) challenging and critical economic situations our country has faced in recent memory.

“I personally can't think of anything I don't like about the CPC,” no, you mean can’t think of a single thing to say about the CPC that you like, because you’ve not even given it a modicum of thought. You been asked several times yet you can’t even say one thing. Not one. “I like them all, I can’t pick just one” is an idiot’s escape route to avoiding admitting he couldn’t name one of you had a million dollar reward for doing so waved in front of their face.

You’re not politically aware. You’re the person who suddenly starts sharing political content around the election and begins loudly and stridently voicing their opinion when you’re also the sort of person no one would ever solicit a serious political opinion from in the first place. Politicians LOVE guys like you. You’re so eager to join your tribe and lack the critical faculties to know when you’re being hoodwinked. In short, pretty much the most dangerous kind of useful idiot when it comes to politics. You haven’t paid any attention but have lots of opinions, so you’re easily swayed when someone speaks to your basic instincts in bite-sized morsels that don’t have too many syllables for you to process.

For example, let’s say you stopped drooling on your screen long enough to name the “axe the tax” policy (if one is so generous to call it a policy):
“Durr, PP want to axe tax. Caveman brain no like tax. Caveman brain like beef jerky. Less tax mean more jerky for StickMan. Caveman brain like. Me vote for nasal voice shouty man, he axe tax and bring home jerky.” The fact that a complete roll back of said tax would impair international trade and foreign investment upon which the country relies is lost on useful idiots like yourself is because you didn’t actually realize the carbon tax is comprised of two different components. But it sure sounded great.

See, this is why I implore people to put and keep you on ignore, and why I’ll gleefully go back to doing so shortly. Time and time again, you demonstrate so clearly that you bring nothing to the discourse; you’re a pylon placed in the middle of a beautifully paved roadway that all of us have to slow down and drive around and mutter under our breath “what assһole left that fuсking pylon out there?”
