1) Trade Andersson as it's best asset management
2) Trade Coleman as we have two many middle-6 forwards and a younger player can take his spot and maybe outperform
3) Keep Backlund as mentor and to usher younger players into the league.
4) Let Rooney walk as he's a UFA and blocks a younger player.
5) Go after a LD UFA if the right/term price is available. Of big fish, only Marner is of interest and he won't be coming here so fill spots internally with youth.
6) Keep Pachal, he's a serviceable bottom pair defenseman, still young and signed for 1 more year for cheap.
7) Trade Bean if you can find a taker or waive him and send him to Wranglers. Doubtful he gets claimed and he's a depth piece for injuries.
8) Let Hanley walk he's a UFA.
9) Waive Miromanov and send to Wranglers. Can be a depth piece with inuries. He won't be traded for or claimed and if he does get claimed, oh well.
10) Parkeh starts the season with Bahl and makes an excellent pairing all season.
