Still got guys like Basha, Battaglia, Stromgren, Kerins, Poirier Morin, Kuznetsov and the obvious vets who will fill some of those roles too.
Huska said he wouldn't be surprised if Gridin pushed for a job next season. All I've heard about Suniev is he has all the tools except skating and we know we have a trainer that can get that trait shored up if the player puts the work in. His college coach said he's never seen a kid more dedicated and driven to make the NHL. Pat is really high on Misa and thinks he could become a solid 3C. Honzek made the team out of camp last year. We all know what Parekh could be and Solovyov looked NHL capable in a small sample size. Brz and Mews are looking good as well.
I do agree we aren't close to being where we need to be and the biggest hole is the hardest to find and we have no idea if any of them actually pan out but I do think we have a solid group of W and D prospects that could develop into some of the things we need.
The only thing we can do is continue to add good prospects to give us more darts.

Agree with so much of this and your list is a few months away from adding two of possibly Cootes, Zonnon, martin, hensly, reschny, murtagh,Gastrin to the list granting we make no trades.
Personally think a trade or offer sheet for for a potential top six Center is whats in the works for the summer. I think we do part ways with Anderson this summer hopefully adding three of those guys to our prospect pool.
To me the question for next year is the defence. If you trade anderson
Weegs?
Bahl,?
Pachal?
I still think part if our game plan will be to use our depth of wingers to make a trade for defence and center.
Hopefully Parehk can fill one of those slots. Its been a concern that none if our ahl defenders could really come up and take one of those jobs, im not sure solo or kuz are more than tweeners. Bru or grush could surprise? To give yourself a chance you would have to sign or trade.
In the above line up huby and sharky and coleman would have to be traded. Just noticed kadri and backs as well.
Other than Coleman i dont think huby is tradeable and if shark gets back to form why trade him? 3 of our 8 wing positions are filled 3+ years.
Scoronato isnt going anywhere thats four, and if klapka comes into camp next year and continues where he left off were not letting a skilled young hockey mutant go anywhere thats five. Then lombo and pospisil? Something has to give.
Trade some if our winger depth for defence and center in that under 25 bracket. I think this team could be competitive a lot sooner than people think.
Cant remember when this team ever had so many assets.
