The Flames have had a number of fortunate comebacks lately, to win or at least get a point. Eventually it catches up to you, and you get a night where a comeback bid fails. Tonight feels like one of those nights.
Plus the Flames haven't had 2 days between games in quite some time. Eventually the heavy schedule takes its toll. I think it's starting to. Giving up 3 first period goals would suggest that it is.
In situations like these, I'll be right 9 times out of ten and wrong 1 of 10. In the 1 time I'm wrong, I'll take the result.
