Never had an issue. Don’t know anyone who has. On a bad year I have to input most of the forms myself, which is like an elementary school exercise in data entry. On a good year I’m essentially just reviewing everything for accuracy, which is not much different than what Slava is suggesting.
This is not a complicated process.

I use Turbo Tax, have been for years and never had an issue. Until this year. Most forms were auto populated after getting pulled from the CRA website, a couple had to be entered by hand. And now for the first time ever my return is continually being rejected by Netfile due to a known software issue in the CRA side of things. No estimated time for it to be rectified so I'm stuck with either filing my paper/mail or just not reporting the boxes on my T3 that are causing issues. And hope I don't get audited. Or just wait a few more weeks and see if the issue is resolved, I get a refund so it's my own money I have to wait longer for.
