Same thing as if you type fu*k, fu-k, fu(k, or fuϚk. It's not a letter in the English alphabet, it's a totally different letter and pronunciation. I'm simply using a different non-English language character to self-censor. So one would say in English "swear filters on forums frequented by grown adults are fusking infantile pearl-clutching if the context in the sentence means pretty much everyone knows what the word is anyway, so get rid of it".  The very concept of something being a 'swear' is kind of infantile and stupid to begin with.
