Like conflicts magically vanishing into thin air, or characters back tracking on their season-long motivations?
I'm torn between whether it's bad writing or just an accurate depiction of ordinary phenomena between people.
Because, funny enough, sometimes a good night's rest has a way of paving over things allowing for those vicious cycle relationships to perpetuate.
So we're left wondering whether Mike White is making some relatable social commentary or just didn't have anything interesting lined up for certain characters.
To his credit, the big developments that did occur were engaging and certainly hit.
