I mean, as someone who was quite close to the modular building industry for shy of a decade, i'd argue that it's a terrific solution. Modulaire doesnt even operate in North America but as the article says "is a specialist of rapid urbanization". Oh gee, it would be so bad to have someone help plan our housing needs whos seen first hand how to scale it!
