20M in cap space is like having a bunch of brand new tools just laying around. Who's impressed by that? Why didn't we use any of that space to buy a couple draft picks at the deadline?
How come teams like Arizona use their space to pick up expiring contracts plus draft picks, but we just sit on it? And we're celebrating that?
Yes, it's awesome that we have that much cap space to work with in the offseason, but we still could have had that space plus some extra picks. Again, that's just something other teams do. Not Calgary. No sir.
