I think people get too upset with models and pundits' opinions. The three that take the most heat consistently seem to be Pronman, Button and now Bader. I like all 3 of them. I may not agree with a certain opinion they have about a certain player or prospect, but it is another set of eyes with experience giving you another piece of information to consider. I don't see the value in just dismissing it without giving it a thought. Each of them have been proven right, and have been proven wrong - and that goes for pretty much every other pundit out there, and it definitely includes scouting services, and actual team scouting departments. Nobody gets it all right (or even close).
Bader's model is a fun way to compare and contrast players. It is easy and you don't have to spend much time at all doing it. It isn't the final word on a prospect, and I don't take it as that. I would just much rather have Bader continue with his model and give it out to us, than for him to stop doing it. I see value in what he does and shares with us, even if it isn't 100% accurate (but nothing out there really is anyway). It will be a sad day when a team hires him and he stops putting those out IMO.
