-Battaglia is the lone Flames prospect from the OHL still left in the playoffs. The Fronts face the Barrie Colts in the second-round. Barrie finished the regular season second in the East, but were tied with Kingston in points and win %. Should be an interesting series, and it starts on Thursday.
-Etienne Morin and the Moncton Wildcats are still waiting to find out who their second-round opponent will be.
-Matvei Gridin and his Shawinigan Cataractes are waiting to find out who their second-round opponent will be.
-Axel Hurtig and the Hitmen will face Lethbridge in the second-round.
-The Silvertips and Eric Jamieson face the Thunderbirds tonight in game 6 of their first-round matchup, which is 3-2 in favor of Everett right now.
