You're using a generational talent as the example?
That almost makes the opposite argument as it puts more pressure on him. Additionally Makar was 15 months older.
Look I said above that I'm good with him playing if it's a third pairing ahead of Bean and on the powerplay. Or if they go with 11/7.
But I wouldn't do it tonight without even a pregame skate.
And that's logic again. Not hoops and excuses.
