I used to have allergies to dust and stuff when I was real young, but over the years they seemed to have gone away. Now probably 10+ years later, they've come back with a vengeance. Started sneezing, having runny nose, watery, bloodshot eyes right when that annoying fuzz from the trees starting floating around a couple weeks ago.
I also used to ahve food allergies to all wheat, dairy, and sugar products, but those have also gone away over time. However, my thinking is that the cosntant eating of those foods (especially the sugar) has lowered my immune system, making me more vulnerable to the pollens, etc. outside.
So i've gone cold turkey the last week, staying away from all those foods and it seems to have gotten somewhat better.
I still think it is the pollens, etc. outside that are the problem, and the air conditioning in the office that I work for some reason seems to worsen it.
