Samuel Girard was in his second season, playing all 82 regular season games, and the first two games vs Calgary but was benched for a better player to come in. This was in the middle of the playoffs.. and some of us are fretting over Joel Hanley? The soon to be 34 year old waiver pick up.
Weeger will be just fine without Hanley. Let's not to the Flames think and overthink stuff and think we have a better grip on the situation with our overcaution.
