I think you need to recognize that the legacy PC government was no better. They failed to build a constitutionally compliant process to assess pipelines which resulted in pipelines being overturned. Line 3 expansion was the only real Harper success. The Trudeau government delivered TMX so I’m not seeing much difference. Both governments banked on the Americans building Keystone to solve the issues. Neither the PCs nor the Liberals have been successful here.
