Wingers are nice, as are defensive defensemen. But offensively gifted two-way defenseman can rival centers in impact. I believe that, if Parekh reaches his potential, the Flames powerplay will be overwhemlingly more successful.

I'm not even sure I would go that far...Makar would be my #1 pick in a redraft of the NHL
