I dunno, centre right folks have continued to support the desecration of traditional Conservative parties in Canada since Preston Manning rolled into town. We are precisely where we are now because centre-right voters failed to hold them to account as the went further and further right. They gave their input, and it was that they were OK with this. So I don't feel bad for them.
I do feel bad for the rest of Canada who has no centre right Conservative party to vote for though. But those are the people who turned away from the CPC and UCP, not the ones who continue to shrug their shoulders and vote blue.
