I feel like Carolina will be gunning hard for Marner. Seems like they were interested in him for a Rantanen deal.
They have the cap space, the need, they're a contender and he fits their age range.
Wouldn't be a bad sequence.
Loaded with 1sts and stankoven, pick up Marner as a UFA and they have Nikishin coming in.
