How is it ordered? It's not alphabetical, it's not in numeric order (based on tariff %). It's just totally random. It's actually the perfect embodiment of how they probably came up with this.
Trump just started listing countries he could think of and that's how/the order in which they wound up on the list.

I think maybe someone some where came up with an absolute dollar figure for how much each country is ripping of the US, and it is sorted by that. Just if I combine my rough hazy idea of what each countries economic capacity is, and then multiply that by the % they have shown there, the order of the list kind of makes sense.
I'm also shocked at how wok the guy who wrote this list his, he wrote "The Ivory Coast" en français, that guy should be castrated for supporting any country that doesn't explicitly endorse Americanese (I renamed english, the lost the revolution and don't deserve their own language anymore). Someone has to do something to address these wok viruses form within.
