Mass timber is great, and its also not approved in many jurisdictions.
BC as an example of WAY ahead of the curve, while other provinces are way behind the curve. I doubt that will change any time soon regardless of what the Federal Government says.
The Trudeau government has pledged to build housing in 2015, no? The result will be the same here, because the Feds can't force individual jurisdictions to move or change their laws and rules regarding housing.
