This season is just the most Flamesy thing ever. No top 10 pick and no playoffs. Classic Flames.
It is such a weak argument to say 'Flamesy thing ever'. They can only control what they can control. Look at what the Flames have done in the last year, they have traded 7 or 8 vets already, and had more than their allotment of picks, and will continue to have more than their allotment, at least for the next two years.

You say they didn't trade any vets - again very lazy argument. They discussed Kadri but he didn't want to go. They discussed Andersson but didn't get a good offer - however, they are likely to trade him in the summer. They discussed Vladar but didn't get a good offer. Coleman is a discussion for next year.

Instead of just whining, and barking out the same rhetoric over and over (that gets shot down every time), try actually thinking through the issue. Try actually understanding how these things work. Management can only control certain things, they can't stop the team from outperforming expectations. And blaming management because the team went out there and won too many games - primarily because of their youngest player, as you like to keep pointing out - is not a useful or valid argument.
