That's fine, but I am talking about what I have personally experienced in the exact same area. Not only that, but I have a co-worker who frequently does river clean-ups in his spare time and he comes across that sort of thing all the time so I am not sure why you haven't seen it.

Do you happen to run down riverfront ave on your way in? Do you not see any homeless people on the way into downtown either? Or is it just a bunch of classy looking men in top hats with their women adorned in furs getting out of expensive cars at the posh and well kept Cecil Hotel?
