The problem for me is, I get more and more agitated as time marches on... With the other potential dining issues, I have time to cool off, or reconsider. But if the last thing you do before I pay is to not let me pay and leave, that's fresh on my mind.
Hold me hostage when I have #### to do - 'no tip for you'.
