We have been told this is unlikely to have a large impact as within the next few months around 10% of our units sold in Canada would be effected by the tariff's and that number will continue to fall as more and more vehicles are rerouted from Korea that are currently imported from the US. Only one current model is only produced in the US and cannot be imported from Korea for Canada. On the parts side, again about 90% of parts are imported from Korea or other non US suppliers. While tariffs will effect some parts as certain components of those items involve the US, these are a minority.
We are one of the lucky ones, most manufactures will face far more difficult challenges.

I talked to a guy at a European dealer a couple weeks ago, and he was saying it’ll impact their prices. Their vehicles aren’t made in the US (or at least what I was looking at), but it’ll drive up demand for non-US made vehicles and most dealerships only have some many days of inventory. You probably know more about this than I do, so I’m not saying you’re wrong, just saying what I had heard.
