LOL. American national security at it's best. They may as well just have these discussions broadcast publicly. Using a commercial communications platform to discuss confidential war plans while...in Russia with the phone connected to Russian telecom networks. OK, that last bit is unverified, but I can't imagine they'd be smart enough to know to do anything different.
