I am not confident and requested a meeting with the CEO or exec in charge of STH allocations to discuss. I am waiting to hear back from my account manager.
Here's one example of why I am already frustrated. Our family has had season tickets since the Flames moved from Atlanta. I used to go with my dad to games at the Corral when I was a kid. Believe or not I remember being at the very first game: a 5-5 tie against the Quebec Nordiques. But our account manager said that our account only shows us as holding season tickets since 1983 when the Saddledome opened. They don't even know we had tickets in the Corral. How is that possible? So does that mean STHs who had tickets dating all the way back to when the Flames played in the Corral will not be given any additional priority? Sounds like it. That's not good.

I'm sorry in advance, as I know my comment will come across as argumentative, probably because it is a slightly argumentative perspective.
Trying to understand, why you are worried about the Flames not being able to tag the fact you had tickets for a few years prior to 1983? I'm slightly impressed they have solid records back to 1983. What are your concerns even if they couldn't track that? You must be in the top percentile of STH given that amazing tenure, is there really much on the line in not being able to track those first few years?
