Maybe not for really minor things interference behind the play, but when there are things like double-minor high sticking penalties missed, I don't think it's really acceptable to just pretend it didn't happen because the refs didn't see it in real time. It would also avoid them having to make chincy make-up calls.

This is a good idea, but knowing the NHL they would fumble it by hiring bums like Kris King to be the eye in the sky.
