I guess it depends how bad the occupation really is for us. If people still have jobs, food on the table and things are relatively normal - I think the rebels would be few and far between. I think Canada being occupied by the US looks a lot different than Ukraine or Iraq or Afghanistan.

Either way I hope this all stays hypothetical, as I'd probably be suckered into joining a fake resistance only to get lured into a FEMA camp.
