When we started a relationship with them, they provided their standard supplier contract, and lo and behold there it was - a provision that they were not obligated to pay any invoices provided by the supplier.
We struck that out immediately, along with a few other a-hole terms.
We also met at their offices in BH, in a meeting room that was around 40C because "the HVAC was messed up and this was only meeting room available". Uh huh.
As it turns out, they signed our agreement instead, but in the last round of negotiations we signed theirs. That clause is now gone in their standard agreement.
When re-negotiations happened, we invited them to our offices, and I kept them in the meeting room for six hours and farted the entire time.
