It's a bit more nuanced than that though. He could disclose what he held, and some of those assets are shares that are to be liquidated at a later date so it's unlikely that they would be liquidated.
Having said that, those assets are already publicly known. He had 60 days to give them to the privacy commissioner and then they become public within 60 days from then. Thems the rules and were not there yet
