Carolina couldn't make the playoffs and was an 85 point team with the same core under Peters, Rod the Bod takes over and they're a 100+ point team and a contender.
Florida kept missing the playoffs before coach Q arrived. Then they became the top team in the conference.
The Flames under Sutter were miles ahead of where they were under Ward with the same players.

Sutter vs Ward sure...they won 50 games with Peters though. Pick any coach on your list, I dont think the Flames are much different in the standings. Give Huska one of those top teams and they are likely still doing well. I mean how do we judge a new coach unless we let them go through the lean years? Teams often fire the coach too early and the next guy gets the sweet gig with a team on the rise.
