Sure, but arguably those multiple stars develop into stars in part because of the right circumstances and the opportunity created by said coaches. So what came first? The chicken or the egg?
Carolina couldn't make the playoffs and was an 85 point team with the same core under Peters, Rod the Bod takes over and they're a 100+ point team and a contender.
Florida kept missing the playoffs before coach Q arrived. Then they became the top team in the conference.
The Flames under Sutter were miles ahead of where they were under Ward with the same players.
