A: Maurice, Montgomery, Laviolette, Sullivan, Quenville
B: Tocchet, Torts, McClellan, Carberry
C: Berube, Keefee...
(Huska is probably between C and D tier)

So yeah all the best coaches have multiple star players...go figure
