Zone defence was what Conroy was looking for. We had to make a change the man on man was getting shredded with mistake after mistake.
The PK has regressed. But yes skill goes into defending and the penalty kill as well.
Just look at our defence. We have 3 stable guys and it’s a constant rotation of guys in and out.
