Francis not the greatest spring. I really think that legit historical heater he had at the end of the season last year was a once in a lifetime thing, and he will never get out from under, or live up to, the shadow of those couple weeks.
Just hope he can keep up the confidence to be a average or better starter this year in the rotation.
