BUT
She's the freaking Health Minister.
It's her job to inform them that vaccinating your child is the right decision.

Repeating "parental choice" every time vaccines come up is the lamest dereliction of duty ever. Her duty is to public health, which is at the society level. Yes, individuals still have the right to make poor decisions, but we know people are stupid, so they should be told every time it comes up to get vaccinated. By not doing that, she risks the lives of children, the integrity of our healthcare system, and the health of those unable to protect themselves with vaccines for health reasons.
Though at this point, I believe they should have to justify risking the lives of their children, since our government cares so much about them and that adults should be making the best choices for them.

And I 100% believe that if you get a vaccine preventable disease, you should have to pay for your healthcare if you need treatment and skip the easy option.
